Russian pro-gamers met to compete with Virtus.pro

September 30, 2011, BenQ Russia held its first Counter-Strike 1.6 5v5 competition “BenQ Challenge 2011” which took place at internet center Flash-Back in Moscow.

Everybody who was up to gaming got the opportunity to challenge gaming skills and play against the well-known Virtus.pro. Gamers of this team present Russia at WCG 2011.

After the qualification between 16 teams all winner-teams competed in half finals and finals, where they could choose any map they wanted to play: de_dust2, de_train, de_nuke, de_inferno, de_tuscan.

Best of them got very nice prizes from BenQ:
1st place – 20 000 RUB + BenQ professional gaming monitor XL2410T
2nd place – 15 000 RUB
3rd place – 10 000 RUB + BenQ special outfit
4th place – 5 000 RUB + BenQ special outfit
