What should I do if Ethernet connection speeds are slow through the dock?

For a device using a Realtek Ethernet chip, please download the following driver

For a device using an ASIX Ethernet chip, please download the following driver

To download the drivers, go to Software & Tools > Drivers > USB Ethernet ICs > AX88179 

If your laptop is a MacBook with an M1 chip, update to the latest version of macOS.

Try this device with a different laptop and see if the issue persists.

- For the ethernet cable:
  Confirm the maximum speed of your Ethernet cable
  If possible, plug your network cable directly into your laptop's Ethernet port
  and see if you get a faster and more stable internet connection.
  Try a different Ethernet cable.

- For the router:
  Confirm whether or not your router can support a higher Ethernet speed.
  Try a different router.

- For the dock:
  Try the dock with a different device to see whether you get a faster-wired
  internet connection.
