When my laptop connects to a monitor through the DP1310, why can't HDMI support 4K 60Hz?

There may be a few factors that cause your laptop to not support 4K 60Hz through the DP1310:

- Monitor:
  Make sure your monitor itself supports 4K 60Hz.

- Laptop:
  Check that it also supports 4K 60Hz.

- Cables:
  All cables (including USB-C, HDMI, or DisplayPort cable) must support 4K
  60Hz delivery.
